Refund policy

If you feel an error has been made in making an online donation to us, we will gladly refund your transaction.

Any requests to refund a donation will be completed within 14 days of being notified. Your refund request should include details of the initial transaction including date, donation amount, donor's name and nature of the error.

If your donation was made via a credit card, you will need to resupply your credit card details to us in order to arrange a refund. Please note that if we refund your donation, your receipt is no longer valid for tax purposes.
