Offer is available from 11th April, 2016 until 30th June, 2016 to residents of Victoria, Australia.
Additional respite hours will be added to the support roster with their existing support worker. This is in addition to existing funding.
To be eligible to receive respite service you must be caring for a person under 65 years of age with a current disability assessment and be a carer who resides in the same house OR caring for a person over 65 years of age who holds DHHS funding for in home services and be a carer who resides in the same house.
Respite funding will be available at a maximum of six (6) hours a week for a period of three (3) months.
Respite shifts may only be staffed with Independence Australia Group staff.
Respite funding will not automatically roll over.

The prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to respondents of the Independence Australia New Website Survey distributed by email to selected contacts in January 2017.
Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
