Health and wellbeing is much more than just the absence of disease or illness. It's also a complex combination of biological, psychological, emotional and social health factors.

We recognise the significant impact of physical disability on your personal health and wellbeing, and offer a range of short group programs and workshops to assist you in maximising your health and wellbeing, and quality of life.

These programs are offered in Collingwood as demand requires, and are usually free to attend with lunch provided. Generally you'll be required to organise your own transport to sessions and a support worker if required.
