Mobility Allowance
This benefit is available to people over 16 years of age who are unable to use public transport and who are involved for more than 8 hours a week in paid employment, voluntary work and/or studies. Travellers’ Aid is an organisation that assists travellers, especially train travellers and visitors to central Melbourne.
