Delivery Information

Efficient Door-to-Door Delivery Anywhere in Australia

We understand that your time is of the essence, which is why we utilise our nationwide network to ensure your order is delivered to your door as soon as possible.

If you live in a metropolitan area and order by 11am, you should receive your delivery the next working day. Rural and remote areas will take a little longer, but should arrive at your door within two to three working days.

We can customise your delivery to meet your needs. When you place your order enquire about:

  • Delivery and invoicing to separate addresses

Our delivery charges vary depending on the size of your order and your location. Your customer service representative will let you know what the freight charge will be when you place your order.

Payment Options

When you create an account with Independence Australia Health Solutions you can order and receive your goods immediately, we don’t require payment upfront. An invoice will be sent with your goods, or to any address you specify.

There are a range of payment options, including Australia Post BillPay, BPay, cheque and all major credit cards. These options are explained on the back of every invoice you receive.

Our standard credit terms require payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
