Refunds and Returns

If the goods you have received are not what you need, Independence Australia Health Solutions may accept the return of goods in accordance with the following conditions:

  • No returns will be accepted unless authorised by an Independence Australia Health Solutions Customer Service Representative.
  • All returns must have a Goods Returns Authority (GRA) number clearly shown on the external return packaging. A GRA number will be provided by our Customers Service Team when you contact them to discuss your return by telephone or fax.
    The issue of a GRA number does not mean that the returned goods will be accepted or a credit will be granted.
  • Returned goods must be in original condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition. Independence Australia may reject returned goods that do not comply with this condition unless Independence Australia has requested their return or their goods were defective at the time of supply and compliance is not possible.
  • Items which are not standard stock lines and were specifically ordered by Independence Australia Health Solutions at a buyers request will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances unless defective at the time of supply.
  • All claims for credit must be communicated to Independence Australia Health Solutions within fourteen (14) days of dispatch or discovery of defect in the goods.
  • Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of Independence Australia Health Solutions packing slip or invoice, or documentation showing the customers name, date of purchase and a notation clearly stating the reason for return.

Restocking Fee:

Independence Australia Health Solutions reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on products returned. The standard restocking fee rate can be obtained at the time of requesting a return.
