Efficient Door-to-Door Delivery Anywhere in Australia
We understand that your time is of the essence, which is why we utilise our nationwide network to ensure your order is delivered to your door as soon as possible.
If you live in a metropolitan area and order by 11am, you should receive your delivery the next working day. Rural and remote areas will take a little longer, but should arrive at your door within two to three working days.
Delivery Charges
Listed below are the delivery rates that apply Australia wide:
- Metro $5.00 + GST*
- Country $7.50 + GST*
- Urgent POA
- International Customers POA
- All customs, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of international customers
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, please check your local currency exchange for current exchange rates or use this link to access a currency converter.
- Customers outside of Australia who wish to make a purchase should e-mail a request for a quote on postage.
These rates* may be subject to change without notice and dependent upon the rate charges imposed by our Transport Agents including any fuel levies and its price increases. These delivery charges are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The charges listed are a parcel rate.
Goods required in an emergency will be delivered via express courier at the customer's expense. Express Courier quotes can either be obtained from the Customer Service Team by phoning 1300 788 855 or by emailing customerservice@independenceaustralia.com
Please note that a delivery charges will not apply to promotions such as any internet orders, wound care orders over $15 or promotions such as continence orders for Community Clients over $245 or any other promotions that are advertised from time to time.
